What you’ll do: Support our business teams with clear and accurate data analysis and reporting Help monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing operations and customer experience Work with the marketing team to set up and maintain campaign reports, helping them understand what’s working and where we can improve Explore customer data to find trends and insights that can improve experiences and drive growth Assist in maintaining dashboards and automated reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and Looker Create regular reports containing performance metrics for internal teams and partners Work closely with Senior Analysts and other departments to answer business questions using data Help ensure data quality and consistency across our systems Stay up to date with the latest tools and techniques in analytics and share new ideas with the team Document your work clearly so that analyses can be easily replicated and improved over time Skills & Behaviours: Some hands-on experience with data analysis — either from a previous role, internship, or academic project Basic understanding of SQL or other query languages Confidence working with spreadsheets and data visualisation tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar) Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving Eagerness to learn from experienced Analysts and take on new challenges Good communication skills - able to explain your findings clearly to non-technical audiences Benefits: We have a great company culture, working closely together as one team.
