Are you a hands-on engineering professional with a strong background in GMP manufacturing environments? We're looking for a GMP Engineering Technician for our client to support daily operations at a brand-new, cutting-edge biomanufacturing facility focused on next-generation vaccine and biologics production.
This is a contract opportunity to work at the forefront of scientific and technical innovation, supporting high-value projects, cutting-edge equipment, and global collaboration.
🛠️ What You’ll Do:
* Work with critical GMP equipment (e.g., UF, chromatography systems, single-use mixers, fermenters, buffer prep vessels, etc.)
* Provide real-time, shop-floor technical support to ensure equipment uptime and performance
* Troubleshoot process and mechanical issues, implement robust CAPAs
* Lead small-to-medium sized technical projects to improve system reliability and compliance
* Support quality documentation: deviations, change controls, investigations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MS&T, QA, and Global Engineering
* Contribute to tech transfer and new platform readiness activities
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or similar)
* Experience in biopharma or GMP-regulated environments (NECESSARY)
* Hands-on familiarity with bioprocess equipment and cleanroom operations
* Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
* Able to work independently and take ownership of systems and processes
* Comfortable working 100% on-site in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
