Regional Talent Partner – Hybrid – Hatfield

We’re looking for a Regional Talent Partner to join a growing and collaborative talent acquisition team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take the lead for your region, shaping hiring strategies, building high‑quality pipelines and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver results. This role involves regular travel across your region for face‑to‑face meetings, career events and stakeholder engagement. What You’ll Be Doing
* Taking full ownership of recruitment across your region, managing the end‑to‑end hiring process from initial brief through to offer
* Proactively headhunting and building targeted candidate pipelines, particularly in skill‑shortage and competitive markets
* Engaging local talent through career events, partnerships and creative attraction campaigns
* Partnering closely with hiring managers, offering market insight, shaping job briefs and managing expectations throughout the process
* Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics including candidate engagement, pipeline activity and sourcing effectiveness
* Running and chairing weekly recruitment update and strategy meetings with key stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in internal or embedded recruitment (agency backgrounds are very welcome where there is on‑site or embedded experience)
* Confidence using recruitment systems and data to produce meaningful insights and reportsSomeone who enjoys autonomy and is comfortable managing their own workload and priorities
* A strong communicator who builds trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels
* Proactive, solutions‑focused and full of ideas to drive attraction and engagement
* A full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel locally and to head office when required
