Job Description: Our client is seeking a bright and enthusiastic conveyancing paralegal to support their Residential Conveyancing team. This is a dynamic role suited to someone with strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in property law. You will be working closely with solicitors and partners to support the day-to-day operations of their caseloads and assist in the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Paralegal
Assisting solicitors and partners with daily caseload management
Conducting client interviews and gathering key information
Carrying out legal research and drafting correspondence
Managing diaries, appointments, and file opening/closing
Updating case management system (ALB) and handling admin tasks
Ensuring Lexcel compliance and completing AML checks
Providing reception cover and general office support
Supporting firm-wide marketing and events
Handling sensitive data in line with GDPRRequirements to become a Conveyancing paralegal:
A strong academic background including a degree or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience as a conveyancing paralegal
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrable interest in law, ideally in Residential Conveyancing.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Experience using case management systems (advantageous).
A proactive, professional, and adaptable approach.
A courteous and professional manner both in person and on the phone.
High standard of personal organisation and attention to detail.Benefits:
