IT Support Engineer Basildon, Essex (Onsite) 3 days a week, 1 year contract £200 to £225 a day DXP Talent are looking for an IT Support Engineer to be based onsite 3 days a week in Basildon, Essex. (This is a 3 day a week contract for 1 year). The IT Support Engineer will be providing a mix of 1st and 2nd Line support users in what is mainly a Windows/Microsoft environment. Working as part of a small team, you'll be someone who is organised, experienced at diagnosing technical faults/troubleshooting, proactive and able to provide outstanding customer service. Day to day you'll be responding to tickets logged on the ITSM, setting up new starters, building new laptops, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues (up to 2nd Line).
