REPORTING STRUCTURE REPORTS TO: Managing Director DIRECT REPORTS: N/A KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Managing Director Business Development Managers Bright & Beautiful Network of Franchise Business Owners New Potential Prospects Group Functions (Marketing, Finance, IT & HR) PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Franchise Sales & Training Manager identifies and recruits prospective franchisees, manages the sales process from initial contact to agreement and delivers world class franchisee training to new franchise business owners. The training includes sales, operations, business management, recruitment and sets the franchise business owner up for success. A strong proven sales and training background is essential and the ability to build trust and rapport immediately whilst also being a good listener. This role ensures prospects are fully armed with all the information they need to enable them to make the decision to join the Bright & Beautiful network as a franchisee. The role will work with prospects and be able to explain the opportunity, the detailed business plan and cashflow forecast, so a knowledge of numbers is essential. High performance is crucial, ultimately the Franchise Sales & Training Manager would be the primary contact and trainer for all new franchisees joining our fantastic network. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sell new franchise territories and franchise resales across the UK. Work with prospective franchisees to establish suitability to join the Bright & Beautiful network Deliver inspiring PowerPoint presentations to prospects, outlining the unique opportunity Manage the sales process from initial engagement, through to completion of training Complete understanding of the Franchise Agreement, as well as the legal process and be able to guide prospects through the process In depth understanding of the business plan and financial forecasting Deliver New Franchisee Training to candidates with credibility, knowledge and enthusiasm. Be available to answer prospects questions via phone, email, webinars, and face to face meetings Deliver defined sales targets & build a strong sales pipeline Ensure all documentation is compliant in line with our Franchisee Agreement and fully complete Contribute to Sales and Brand meetings to drive continuous improvement Develop strong and positive working relationships with all colleagues and departments Be an advocate for our Code of Values.
