This is a high-impact, data-focused role within their central operations function, responsible for maintaining the accuracy of rate data across multiple service lines and supporting large-scale customer onboarding projects. Working within a fast-paced environment that processes high volumes of data daily, you will oversee critical information relating to worker pay rates, supplier margins, statutory rate elements and contractual adjustments. The role suits someone meticulous, analytical and experienced with complex data structures within recruitment, payroll, workforce management or vendor-neutral environments. Key Responsibilities Own system configuration and governance for all rate changes across multiple business workstreams. Oversee accurate maintenance of worker pay rates, supplier margins, vendor-neutral charges and statutory elements. Ensure all rate data is created and maintained in line with contract requirements.
