What the Job Involves This role involves preparing and managing the annual budgets and final accounts for a range of services, ensuring they align with the Council’s financial strategy. You will develop and maintain effective budgetary control systems, provide financial advice and support to Members and Managers, and assist in monitoring ledger controls and personal accounts. You will also be responsible for completing financial reports and recover sums owed from third parties, along with supporting Senior Accountants in working parties and project teams.
