Wood's Consulting Business Unit is recruiting for Graduate Subsea / Offshore Energy Engineers to join our graduate programme based in Aberdeen from Summer 2026. The Role
We are looking for dynamic individuals who want to make a difference in energy security and transition. You will support our subsea and onshore energy transportation projects, including hydrogen, carbon capture, renewable and conventional energies. Supporting the energy transition through decarbonisation and green energies is key to our plans, and we expect significant growth in these sectors while meeting commitments to existing hydrocarbon development infrastructure.

Qualifications
* Graduate engineer with a minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree in engineering or a master's degree in Pipelines, Subsea Engineering, Power & Electrical Engineering or related disciplines from a recognised university
* Preference for graduates with previous appropriate industry experience gained before, during or after university courses
* Engineers who have undergone an undergraduate internship in subsea/pipeline/renewables engineering will have an added advantage
* Demonstrated initiative, resilience and excellent communication skills
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to match business requirements
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary team environments
* Right to work in the UK
