Responsibilities
* Leading technical project assignments and work packages. Developing combination products and drug delivery devices. Providing technical leadership for product design and industrialisation. Managing work package progress and addressing issues. Creating, reviewing, and refining product design briefs. Ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
* Lead technical project assignments, driving the development and industrialisation of drug delivery devices. Provide technical leadership and support to other development engineers while staying abreast of essential product regulatory and quality requirements.
Qualifications
* Experience with SMI Nasal technology and demonstrable technical leadership in product development.
* Strong background in precision moulded parts for medical devices.
* Proven ability to lead technical project assignments and industrialise products to specification.
* Solid understanding of regulatory and quality requirements (ISO 13485).
* Relevant qualification in an engineering or science discipline.
* Ability to collaborate with the Formulation Team and drive product success in a fast-paced environment.

* Location: Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ.
* Salary: £55k to £62k plus discretionary annual bonus.
