Supporting a busy dispatch function, you'll be responsible for maintaining schedules, processing paperwork, updating systems and communicating with customers and internal teams. You'll help coordinate daily operations, ensuring deliveries and service activities are managed efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout.
Criteria:Strong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email systemsA proactive and team-focused approachDesirable Experience: Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transport or administrative supportExperience communicating with customers and coordinating schedulesExperience working within a manufacturing or operational environmentDO NOT USE: Criteria
