Overview:
Our client is looking to hire a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician for a top-tier, growth-driven manufacturing partner in Ripon, Wisconsin. Key Responsibilities:
* Design and troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLC, and electronic systems for machinery
* Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in production equipment
* Install controls and equipment using blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
* Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs as needed
* Use CMMS software to log work orders and track parts
* Install, inspect, and replace electrical fixtures, panels, transformers, and conduit
* Work independently or lead junior technicians when needed
* Ensure safety standards are met and issues are escalated or resolved quickly
Must-Have Qualifications:
* 2-year Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance
* 2–4 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment
* Proficiency in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams
* Knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems
* Skilled in troubleshooting PLCs, control systems, and circuits
* Capable of lifting 50 lbs and passing all pre-employment screening (drug screen, physical, and background check)
