We are working with a fast growing executive search firm in Central London that is looking to hire ambitious people into Associate Recruiter roles.
This is an entry level opportunity for someone looking to move into recruitment.

The Role
You will join as an Associate Recruiter and receive full training in executive search.
You will work closely with experienced recruiters and senior leaders, learning how to identify, approach and manage high quality candidates within a specialist professional market.
This is a research and candidate focused role to begin with, with clear progression into a full recruitment position.
You will be joining a high performance environment where you will learn directly from people already succeeding in the market.
What You Will Be Doing
• Identifying and approaching candidates
• Building talent pools and market maps
• Speaking with senior professionals
• Supporting experienced recruiters on live searches
• Learning how to manage candidates through interview processes
• Developing strong market knowledge
• Building relationships with candidates
• Progressing towards running your own desk
• Learning how to operate in a specialist executive search market

What Is On Offer
• Luxury London based office
• £27,000 base salary
• Expected first year OTE of £40,000 to £60,000 depending on performance
• Opportunity to exceed this, with examples of first year consultants earning £70,000 to £80,000
