About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to help us ensure that everything we produce meets the highest standards. You’ll be inspecting products, components, and materials to verify they meet specifications.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Inspect parts during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Use measuring tools like calipers, gauges, and measurement arms.
* Check dimensions, paint thickness, gloss levels, and more.
* Record inspection results and maintain thorough documentation.
* Flag and report any products that don’t meet specifications.
* Support the team in investigating product returns and quality issues.
* Help maintain and calibrate measuring equipment.
* Collaborate with the Quality and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist with compliance documentation (ISO 9001, EN 15085, etc.).
What We’re Looking For:
* Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.).
* Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of inspection techniques and quality management systems (ISO 9001).
* Previous experience in a similar quality inspection role.
Bonus Points if You Have:
* Auditor training.
* Experience with ISO 3834, EN 15085, DIN 2303 standards.
* Knowledge of safe lifting and manual handling procedures.
* Experience using PCDMIS software.
