Position Overview
The Corporate Commercial Associate will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services to the firm's diverse client base, working closely with the head of team on a range of complex corporate and commercial matters.
Responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters
* Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and management buyouts
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
* Provide strategic legal advice to clients across various sectors
* Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE
* Strong experience in corporate and commercial law
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
* Commercially astute with a keen eye for detail
* Enthusiastic team player with a proactive and client-focused approach
