What the job involves The role of Tenancy Management Officer involves delivering comprehensive tenancy management services. This includes a risk-based approach to assessing and managing tenancies, providing early interventions for at-risk tenants, and engaging with tenants to ensure successful outcomes. You will act as a resource across Tenancy Services, participate in service planning, attend relevant meetings, maintain case records, and contribute to strategies that prevent homelessness and sustain tenancies. Effective and efficient management of the council's housing stock is key to this role.
