Qualifications
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
* A customer-focused approach
* A full UK driving licence
* Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays if necessary

Responsibilities
In this role you will manage your own kit, keep your van stocked, and handle your reports with precision. You will diagnose faults, provide roadside assistance such as flat tyres or battery jump‑starts, and ensure a safe and friendly interaction with members. Your duties will require calm under pressure, strong technical knowledge, and efficient time management across a varied shift schedule.
