1. Pack chemicals into containers and packaging, following SOPs and safety protocols
2. Operate and maintain weighing and measuring equipment
3. Complete computer-based transactions for finished goods
4. Assemble, seal, and label packs in line with UN regulations
5. Verify batch and chemical codes across labels and containers
6. Safely handle and move IBCs, drums, and sacks
7. Palletize and secure completed packs for warehouse transfer
8. Support the flow of raw materials and finished goods across the site
9. Process returned packaging safely for reuse
10. Perform routine quality checks and inspections
11. Maintain and clean equipment as required
12. Contribute to 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
13. Manage stock control and disposal of redundant materials
14. Uphold housekeeping and a safe, compliant work environment
Qualifications & Requirements
15. GCSE / A-Level / Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
16. Awareness of EHS regulations and good practices
17. Ability to follow SOPs and detailed instructions
18. Strong attention to quality and compliance
19. Proficient with computer transactions / systems
20. Team player with willingness to learn and adapt
21. Physically able to lift up to 25 kg and work standing shifts
22. Experience in manufacturing or chemical handling is a plus
23. Interest in lean manufacturing and process improvement
