This is a key opportunity for an experienced assessor looking to contribute meaningfully to a well-established, highly accredited fire safety consultancy with the potential to progress into a future leadership and validation role within the business. What we offer: £40,000 – £55,000 salary depending on experience Company car Hybrid and remote working flexibility 24 days’ holiday bank holidays 5% company pension Real career progression toward future roles such as Head of Consultancy and Validator Ongoing training and support through our internal FRA Academy A values-driven business focused on quality, trust, and realistic workloads Key responsibilities: Carry out fire risk assessments across a broad range of commercial and residential buildings Prepare clear, concise, and fully compliant reports Liaise with clients to explain findings and support improvement measures Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, guidance, and emerging industry best practice Support, mentor, and guide junior and trainee assessors Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards and client satisfaction What we’re looking for: Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments A recognised Level 4 fire risk assessment qualification (Level 3 may be considered if accompanied by strong experience and a willingness to develop) Ideally, registration with a tiered FRA register (e.g. IFSM) Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Professional integrity and pragmatism Full UK driving licence and the unrestricted right to work in the UK If you're looking for a role with purpose, genuine progression, and the support to take the next step in your fire safety career, we’d love to hear from you.
