Between now and August 2026 we are running ESOL & Employability courses with focused employer designed programs including Confidence Building, Wellbeing & Safeguarding!
We need experienced/knowledgeable all-round Trainers who are highly motivated, passionate, understands people and life barriers, must always be well organised (Admin & Database capabilities) as well as excellent Customer Service.
Alongside our Traditional Classroom Training/Coaching, we also like to deliver our services outside in the fresh air in line with our wellbeing beliefs. We believe in, and encourage our learners/customers to invest in their life & health (mentally & physically) and know outside learning is truly beneficial to everyone as well as classroom-based learning whilst belonging to a team.
Company Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday = 8.30am to 8.00pm (Work Pattern to be confirmed depending on Full or Part-Time Contract)
Salary Range: £24k - £28k (Pro Rata if PT) dependent on Qualifications/Knowledge & Experience
Community Systems (NL) Ltd are a Training Provider with over 35 years experience of delivering high quality support & results in the world of Employment Training, Qualifications and Adult Guidance. We are looking to recruit new Team Members with an excellent personality to support/teach/coach our Local Luton Customers.
You will be based in our Training Site (Luton Town Centre). Previous experience/knowledge would be desirable; however, the right person with the right attitude is more important! The ideal applicant must have the desire to help and support our customers whilst working within our small but vibrant team. You will be looking after groups of individuals within a target orientated environment, whilst being supported by your manager and team members.
You must have : the ability and experience of:
Teamwork & Caring/Flexibility/Accomplishment/Targets/Training/Coaching and Solid Organisational Admin Skills with Excellent Customer Service/Motivational/Confidence and most importantly, be a nice person!
The successful applicant will be expected to work towards the company targets determined by the requirements of our external contracts and the CIF. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also have experience in the design and delivery of training to our adult candidates, the ability to communicate well with customers of all levels and ethnic backgrounds whilst holding an awareness & understanding of the workings of the UK job market.
