Performance Support Manager Contract: Full Time Permanent Salary: £37500 Location: Regional post – Travel require across Central/West Midlands ( base to be discussed with Line Manager) Ingeus are currently recruiting for a Performance Support Manager to support the operational team to achieve high performance levels, compliance and customer service standards through effective performance and team management. You will be managing specialist participant functions such as Performance Coaches, Career Coaches, Employability Trainers and Wellbeing Officers to ensure that our participants get the best possible service. What you’ll be doing as the Performance Support Manager: Creating and leading on the implementation of performance improvement plans and applying innovative approaches to performance challenges. Ensuring the team achieve performance and delivery standards through monthly performance reviews, coaching time, observations and relevant personal development activities. Analysing performance data, identifying potential risks or trends and implementing solutions to maintain and exceed performance expectations. Working collaboratively with the Business Managers to understand participant needs to tailor the support services available. To be the Performance Support Manager you will; Have experience of driving high levels of performance and identifying and implementing areas for performance improvement. Possess great Senior Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to present and engage with them. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with an ability to motivate a team to achieve and exceed targets.
