Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator will be to:
6. Build and send client sales quotes and orders with speed and precision
7. Drive lead generation through cold calling, emails, and social outreach
8. Support the Head of Immersive Technology with research, reporting, and proposals
9. Manage our lead database and maintain client pipelines
10. Research market segments and connect with key prospects
11. Contribute to presentations
Skills and experience for the Sales Support Administrator role include:
12. Enthusiasm for immersive tech—especially XR, VR, AI, and the future of digital interaction
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. Strong project and time management
15. Experience with CRMs and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
16. Previous success with cold calling and lead qualification would be preferred
17. 1–2 years of admin experience and solid educational background in Maths and English
