Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join this busy operation. As Goods Out Team Leader you are responsible for the accurate, timely, efficient distribution of all our orders to our customer base. You agree to manage all aspects of goods out and the warehouse whilst measuring and recording team members performance. Key Responsibilities: Improving and maintaining gold standards Team to be achieving pick rate set out by Operations Manager Monitoring pick accuracy and addressing any errors. Making sure orders are picked in line with priorities. Goods Out to be tidy and always organised Liaising with Head Office staff to resolve issues quickly. Present at daily briefings and supporting manager and staff according to priorities Co-ordinating picking of same day orders Opening / Locking up Assisting with picking during key periods Desirable Skills: Punctual reliable Achieve and maintain GP levels.
