Buildings & Maintenance Administrator
We are looking for a flexible and dependable Buildings and Maintenance Administrator to join our dedicated team supporting the diverse Worth estate, which includes a school, monastery, retreat centres, and a farm.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will work closely with our in-house estates team, various departments across the estate, and external contractors. You will also collaborate with the Facilities Manager and Health & Safety Lead to ensure compliance activities are up to date and records are maintained in audit-ready condition.
We're seeking someone with a positive and professional attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently multi-task while working with a wide range of individuals across all levels of the organisation.
Due to the remote location of the school, Candidates are required to have access to reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for enquiries – face to face and via the maintenance helpdesk.
* Provide reception and check in for contractors and visitors to the estates office.
* Support the Facilities Manager to ensure compliance activities are completed and follow up actions logged.
* Support the Maintenance Team Leader with the management of the helpdesk and associated tasks.
* Admin support for the maintenance team including ordering materials, uniform, PPE, and contractor orders.

Salary £27,532
