Regeneration Programme Officer
Job description
We are currently seeking a committed and experienced individual to join our team as a Regeneration Programme Officer. This full-time post will lead on the development, resourcing, implementation and monitoring of the Council's physical regeneration strategies and programmes.
We have an extensive programme of regeneration schemes that involve major new developments in addition to the refurbishment of existing facilities and townscape and landscape enhancements.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for the development and implementation of economic regeneration policy initiatives, projects and grant programmes.
The successful applicant will have good written and numerical skills, have previous work experience in the field of regeneration and possess a minimum of a degree level qualification preferably in a field relevant to regeneration, such as planning, economic development, surveying, or construction.
Your workstyle will be a mobile hybrid worker in this role which gives you the flexibility to work from home and from a variety of Council workplaces.
Grant funded post to 31 March 2027
