Job Description:
Kingdom Cleaning has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join as a Central Support Operator.
The Central Support Operator handles customer inquiries, resolves complaints, and ensures high customer satisfaction.
This involves responding to calls, emails, and chats professionally and courteously.
Location: Hybrid - 2 days remote, 3 days Sidcup office, DA14 area.
Start date: ASAP!
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00 or as needed.
Salary: £27,000/year.
Own transport preferred.

Responsibilities:
Achieve customer satisfaction, escalate requests appropriately, support service quality, communicate contract changes, foster client relationships, assign and monitor subcontractor work, manage service requests, maintain records, act as first contact point, dispatch and close reactive work orders, prepare contract documents, promote company values, embed best practices, deliver quality service, motivate team.
