Responsibilities
* Support pupils in their learning journey in specialist SEN environments.
* Assist teachers with classroom activities and routines to help pupils thrive academically and personally.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive classroom environment and consistent behaviour policies as directed by the school.
Qualifications
* Recent UK graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or another subject linked to the UK curriculum.
* Resilient, adaptable, and eager to support students in their learning journey.
* Willingness to work in a specialist school with SEND children.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to follow and implement school behaviour policies.
* DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
* References covering the last 2 years.
