KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring Amdaris remains their trusted, strategic technology partner.
2. Understand clients' business, industry, goals, and challenges to align Amdaris’ services with their technology roadmap.
3. Learn about Amdaris & Insight’s capabilities to identify new opportunities for expanding existing client relationships.
4. Create and implement client Success Plans focused on adoption, retention, and growth.
5. Maintain accurate client data in CRM, manage opportunity pipelines, and support sales and renewal processes with analytics and forecasting.
6. Lead negotiations on contracts, renewals, rates, and pricing models.
7. Own client renewal processes, maintaining high retention rates and managing inflation challenges.
8. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen partnerships.
9. Leverage existing relationships to expand into new markets and client segments.
10. Participate in and host client events to expand networks and deepen relationships.
11. Work with Delivery Leadership to monitor client engagement and address issues proactively.
12. Collaborate with Technical and Delivery teams to resolve client issues promptly.
13. Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities.
14. Show measurable ROI for clients by highlighting the value of our services.
15. Coordinate with Resource Management and Delivery teams for smooth onboarding and early value realization.
16. Support pre-sales activities, including client pitches and bids, in collaboration with the New Business team.
17. Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
1. At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles within the tech industry.
2. Strong empathy and dedication to understanding and meeting client needs.
3. Proven ability in account planning and stakeholder communication at all levels.
4. Ability to understand technical products and solutions, with quick learning skills.
5. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
6. Strong numerical skills for forecasting and financial analysis.
7. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
8. Experience managing multiple projects with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently.
9. Collaborative team player with diplomacy, adaptable to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.

2. Client Success Lead Interview: 30-minute Teams call to discuss experience and role alignment.
3. Final Interview: 1-hour face-to-face with Client Success Lead and Chief Delivery Officer, discussing experience in detail and role expectations.
