We pride ourselves on delivering accurate, efficient, and customer-focused metering operations that meet industry standards and contractual obligations.We are now seeking a Metering Billing and Dispute Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our billing processes.This permanent full-time role follows a hybrid working pattern from our Wigan Head Office.Job PurposeAs a Metering Billing and Dispute Analyst, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of billing-related data for metering services. This includes generating and validating invoice files, managing automated invoice exceptions, and resolving disputed work.
