About the Role:
You will work closely with teachers and the SEN department to deliver targeted interventions, support pupils with EHCPs, and help create an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* 1:1 and small group support
* Supporting learners with ASD, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties
* Assisting in classroom planning and resource preparation
* Collaborating with SENCOs and external agencies
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant (minimum 6 months)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A patient, flexible, and proactive mindset
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
