Opportunity: Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Fee-Earning Paralegal

Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The firm is committed to a client-focused approach, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Running a full conveyancing caseload of approximately 30 files from instruction to completion
* Conducting title investigations and preparing legal documents
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
* Working collaboratively within the wider property team
What We Are Looking For
* A qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee-Earning Paralegal
* Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
