About the Role:

We are partnering with a well-established IFA practice based in Liverpool, seeking a qualified Servicing Advisor to join their team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a mix of office-based and remote working. In this role, you will manage legacy clients, handle annual reviews, process renewals, and provide continued service to existing clients. We're looking for a Level 4 qualified individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial service and advice in a dynamic IFA environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Annual Reviews: Conduct detailed annual reviews for existing clients, ensuring their financial plans continue to align with their goals and evolving needs.

2. Suitability Letters: Prepare suitability letters based on client profiles, making sure advice is clear, relevant, and compliant with regulatory standards.

3. Renewals & Servicing: Handle client renewals and provide ongoing servicing to legacy clients, ensuring their portfolios remain on track.
