The Role
The Location Manager will lead the store with entrepreneurial flair, aiming to maximize sales, foster customer connections, and motivate the team to excellence. The role involves driving sales, service, and representing the brand passionately, while aligning with Ted Baker’s mission and strategy.
Main Responsibilities
People
* Lead confidently, inspiring the team to excel
* Maintain high standards of presentation and team participation
* Promote continuous training and development
* Support coaching and manage underperformance appropriately
* Drive recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
Product
* Ensure team knowledge of products and current collections
* Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation
* Stay informed on product performance and opportunities
Commercial
* Maximize sales and meet KPI targets
* Create a strong sales environment based on local market insights
* Manage budgets and store profitability
* Implement marketing initiatives and capture customer data
Operations
* Maintain store organization and adhere to operational policies
* Manage costs and protect assets
* Ensure health, safety, security, and legal compliance
