The Rewards
* Salary: £37,000 – £50,000 OTE.
* Base Pay: Up to £42,000 basic salary (depending on experience).

Your Role
As a Lead Technician in our Newbury team, you will:
* Quality Servicing: Carry out vehicle maintenance and mechanical repairs across a diverse range of makes and models.
* Expert Diagnostics: Use modern equipment and fault-finding software to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
* Safety Inspections: Perform thorough vehicle health checks (VHC) and safety inspections to maintain our 5-star standards.
* Efficiency: Work to workshop standards and productivity targets to maximize your bonus potential.
* Technical Records: Maintain accurate job cards and workshop documentation.
* Customer Care: Uphold our reputation for excellence by ensuring every "right first time" fix.
What You Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (preferred).
* Experience: Proven experience in a professional workshop or independent garage environment.
* Technical Skill: Confidence using modern automotive diagnostic tools and systems.
* License: A full UK driving licence is required.
* Attributes: A reliable, organized, and quality-focused approach to your workmanship.
