Support Worker - Waking Nights
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour
Shift Pattern:0800-2000/2000-0800
We have an individual who is a horror movie fan, thrill seeking rollercoaster rider who loves to shop, bake and sing. No one day is the same and they're looking for someone with similar interests to support them in their own home. This person has autism, mental health challenges and challenging behaviour but this does not define them. To make the most of trips out and about, we need people who are local to Totton and know the area, and can drive a car, holding a full UK Driving Licence.
Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this persons life. You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following:
* Autism
* Mental health
* Behaviours that can be perceived as challenging
