What We're Looking For
* A creative chef with a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients
* Experienced as a Head Chef or Senior Sous, with a proven track record in a similar kitchen
* A natural leader who can motivate and develop a strong team
* Dedicated to delivering imaginative, high-quality dishes for every guest
* Organised, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
* Previous experience in a busy, high-quality kitchen is essential, as we're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and passion for culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking
* Lead, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure effective teamwork and development
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
* Collaborate with management to develop seasonal and trend-led menus
* Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure smooth kitchen operations
* Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
* Handle customer feedback regarding food professionally and promptly
