Job Title: Chef de Partie
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie, a strong background in professional cooking, and be able to work with recipes and specifications provided. Experience in banqueting and cooking for larger groups is essential.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation; document daily
* Handle all food preparations and duties as per standards and policies
* Monitor food portioning, costs, and waste to maintain profit margins
* Train, guide, and supervise demi chefs and Commis chefs
* Be knowledgeable about all menus and assist in developing new ones
* Adhere to hotel policies and procedures
* Provide daily feedback and report issues to ensure guest satisfaction
The candidate must be creative, reliable, dependable, fluent in English, and already have the right to work and live in the UK. Please note, we do not provide accommodation.
Salary: from £13.50 per hour
Qualifications:
* Relevant culinary qualification
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in similar establishments
* Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
* Ability to handle guest requests and multitask efficiently
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations
