Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Wolverhampton, WV13 2QU
Contract Type: Full time, 40 hours per week 8.30am till 5.00pm, working every Saturday with Sundays and Thursdays off (to cover Maternity Leave)
Salary: £24,581 per year

What does the job involve?
* This role is all about detail, you are responsible for the data entry relating to our vehicles documents.
* You will organise the vehicle document packs, to ensure we have all we need for our stores
* It’s not just packs, there will be reports to run; 3rd parties to chase for documents and plenty of other tasks such as invoicing and audits to keep you engaged and interested.
It goes without saying that you will need exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal as well as be comfortable with using Microsoft applications (if you know their Google counterparts that would be even better). All we need from you is:

* Organisational skills are probably the most important requirement in this role, you will need to ensure all of your work is done in a timely and efficient manner.
