Providing expert guidance to the business, you’ll ensure compliance with UK employment law, applied in a commercial setting, across Retail, Head Office and Warehouse environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of Employee Relations Advisors, driving a positive, collaborative and high performing cultureLead and coordinate the management of employee relations cases, including absence management, investigations, grievances, disciplinaries and appealsWork in conjunction with People Business Partners in the management and resolution of cases within their business areasAct as a trusted advisor, delivering clear, confident guidance that is commercially sound and in line with legislation and company policiesMaintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment law alongside the People Operations teamEnsure the Employee Relations Advisors are equipt with tools and templates to deliver a consistent and efficient approach to case managementMonitor and distribute work accordingly amongst the Employee Relations Advisors, ensuring timely resolution within required timeframesEnsure the case management system is maintained and utilized effectively to enable accurate reporting and insight into case volumes and performanceIdentify any themes from cases to support proactive interventions and continuous improvementCollaborate with the People Operations teams where requiredQualificationsProven experience in a similar management role within employee relationsStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesExperience of confidently navigating complex and sensitive situationsExperience of managing a team and developing talentCIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) preferredActs with discretion, empathy and professionalismIntegrity and ethical judgmentProblem-solving and analytical thinkingA natural communicator with ability to influence and build trustExcellent written skillsResilience and adaptabilityAdditional InformationAlong with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward, Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
