Production Operative Washington £13.25 - £13.78 per hour Overtime up to £26 per hour Role Summary Join leading automotive client based in Washington to perform the duties listed below. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include machine operation, assembly, trimming, material handling and inspection. Perform semi-skilled production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals. May perform work manually and/or by machine operation which requires in-depth knowledge of process and constant monitoring. Ensure product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem solving activities. Make machine adjustments and typically manages several variables within the process. Maintain procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area. Key Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience as Production Operative or relevant role minimum 2 years Must be able to work a 2 shift pattern consisting of days and backs Ability to work overtime in accordance with policies and procedures.
