2nd Line Application Support Analyst
Our prestigious client are seeking an experienced 2nd line Application Support Analyst to support the maintenance, analysis, and enhancement of business-critical applications.
We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Application Support Analyst for a 3-month contract to provide advanced support for critical business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and proven experience in incident triage, issue resolution, and escalation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line support for business applications, resolving incidents and service requests.
* Use SQL to investigate and resolve data-related issues.
* Triage and prioritise incoming issues, ensuring accurate documentation and timely escalation when needed.
* Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and 3rd line teams to resolve complex problems.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and end-users throughout the incident lifecycle.
* Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
This is an Umbrella only contract and requires 3 days per week on client site in Hampshire.
