1. Basic Salary Circa £34,000.
2. Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00
3. Saturdays available at overtime.

Our client a BMW & Mini independent Specialist with 20 years trading are currently seeking a Vehicle Technician for their highly reputable workshop based in Southampton, Hampshire.
They are seeking like-minded vehicle technicians to join them on their journey as they grow their business. They have built a loyal customer base working on BMWs and Mini’s within the Southampton area.

We are ideally seeking applicants with strong experience within fault finding and diagnostics, preferably with experience using BMW ISTA diagnostics systems.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client
13. Carrying out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance
14. Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults efficiently and accurately
15. Conducting vehicle inspections and test drives to assess performance.
16. Carrying out complex vehicle repairs as required
17. Using Autologic & ISTA diagnostic equipment and tools effectively
18. Completing service records and documentation accurately
19. Adhering to health and safety guidelines and company procedures
20. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image
What our client expects of their Vehicle Diagnostics Technicians
21. Minimum qualification of City and Guilds AVCE, NVQ level 3 or experience in similar role
22. Full UK Driving Licence
23. You Must have your own toolkit sufficient to enough to carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance.
24. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop environment
25. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
26. Knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technologies
27. Ability to work efficiently and independently.
28. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
29. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
30. Full UK driving license.
