Job Title: Telesales Team Leader
Reports to: Office Manager

Overview
To lead and drive a team to provide the best service levels possible, maintaining company standards and targets. The role involves retaining existing accounts, driving new sales, upselling specific products, and introducing new lines. Ensure the smooth running of the Telesales team by working closely with the Distribution Team and Account Managers. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, managing high call volumes (including complaints, queries, and orders), contacting potential customers, and arranging deliveries. The role also involves appointing, overseeing, and supervising the Online Ordering Champion and Cask Co-ordinator.
Main Duties
1. Set clear targets and objectives for your team.
2. Challenge underperformance and set specific action points.
3. Organise and initiate monthly Telesales drives.
4. Plan calls and target gaps in supply using relevant systems.
5. Provide weekly depot updates during regular trading meetings.
6. Proactively resolve customer issues through excellent customer service.
7. Promote the sale of LWC Drinks' own brand products.
8. Maintain strong relationships with account managers and management, assisting in acquiring new business and managing administrative tasks.
9. Build and maintain relationships with weekly telesales customers as a regular point of contact.
Knowledge and Experience
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records.
* Ability to use the Trinity system.
* Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
* Good product knowledge.
* Minimum of 2 years previous selling experience.
Additional Information
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional weekend work. The role is 37.5 hours per week.
