Office Based - Starting in Uckfield for training but continuing in Brighton Office from 26 August (possibly sooner)

Hours - 9am to 5pm

Start date - Immediately

End date - End of September but for the right person this may go on longer

Pay - £13.50 per hour

Role Overview

We are seeking a temporary Customer Services & Sales Assistant to cover for a team member going on leave and then support our new Customer services manager. This is a hands-on admin support role for a busy health company. The person will be trained by our Customer Services Coordinator until 22 August and then expected to work independently with phone support from other members of the team including director when needed. We need someone that can hit the ground running.

Key Tasks

* Processing orders via: Amazon Vendor Central twice a week and Unleashed (order/inventory management)
* Liaising with our warehouse on orders going out and stock management.
* Monitoring and managing all email inboxes
* Checking stock levels and processing back orders
* Managing and clearing orders created overnight
* Creating credit notes for returns or order issues
* Booking collections with DPD
* Processing orders and uploading stock levels across various customer portals
* Answering incoming phone calls

Skills & Requirements

* Excel experience is essential
* Experience with order management systems is preferable
* Comfortable with multiple systems and multitasking
* High attention to detail
* Calm and confident under pressure
* Willing to take direction from different team members

Work Environment

* No dress code
* Parking is available nearby and will be subsidised
* Reporting to various team members depending on task area
