You will work up to 48 hours per week over five days, benefitting from two consecutive days and nights off. Your schedule will primarily consist of afternoon prep and evening service, wrapping up around 10 PM. Part of your responsibilities will include covering for the Head Chef during his days off. This involves menu planning, preparation, and running the pass for service.
