Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEND

* Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff to provide consistent support
* Monitor pupil progress and adjust planning where necessary
* Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development throughout the school day
* Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Previous experience working with children with additional needs
* Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive classroom practices
* Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach to teaching
* Confident managing behaviour in a calm and supportive manner
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential
