What you’ll do as a Field Service Engineer
* Install, service, and repair our cutting-edge key management solutions across UK automotive dealerships.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visit leaves a positive impression.
* Keep accurate records of all work completed and parts used.
* Train dealership staff on the correct use and care of our systems.
* Promote consumables and additional products to existing customers.
What we’re looking for from our Field Service Engineer
* Experience in a field-based engineering or service role (ideally electronics or similar).
* Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (with occasional overnight stays).
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
* A self-starter who works independently with a positive, can-do attitude.
