About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in developing and growing long-term client relationships. Youll act as a trusted advisor to your portfolio, ensuring world-class service, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver measurable outcomes for clients and Murray Uniforms.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own proactive communication and actions across your assigned accounts.
* Resolve high-impact or escalated client queries with urgency and empathy.
* Partner with internal teams (Design, Supply Chain, Operations) to support product innovation and client delivery.
* Identify and develop opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and referrals.
* Lead structured client reviews and provide meaningful performance insights.
* Monitor account performance, trends, and client updates to inform future activity.
* Support continuous improvement in client experience through feedback and collaboration.
