Paradigm Housing is looking for an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to drive excellence across our electrical compliance and delivery programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a £3.5 million budget and lead a skilled team of electricians, supervisors, and inspectors. You'll play a key role in ensuring our homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards, making a real difference to our tenants. What you'll be doing: Leading the delivery of electrical works and compliance programmes across domestic and communal settings. Managing a team of 10 electricians and overseeing contractors to ensure quality, safety, and value for money. Acting as NICEIC Duty Holder and Qualified Supervisor, ensuring full regulatory compliance. Driving performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across all electrical services. Collaborating across departments to align with strategic goals and ensure seamless service delivery. What we're looking for: Fully qualified in electrical regulations (C&G 2365 Level 2 & 3, 18th Edition, C&G 2391). Proven experience managing a large electrical services in a social housing or local authority setting. Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and managing contractors. Excellent understanding of EICR programmes, health & safety (including CDM), and NICEIC compliance. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality services.
