Are you an experienced legal secretary looking for a new challenge that provides excellent pay, working environment, and other benefits?

My client is a full-service legal law firm based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne serving clients throughout the UK and beyond. They have an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality, partner-led advice with exceptional personal service.

They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their successful Commercial Property department. This full-time role involves secretarial and administrative support, including:

* Providing efficient secretarial support to Fee Earners;
* Using case management systems and digital dictation to produce documents such as letters, forms, and invoices;
* Liaising with clients and professionals, scheduling appointments, and managing diaries;
* Organizing remote hearings and conference arrangements;
* Handling post, photocopying, scanning, filing, and file management;
* Performing administrative tasks like document sorting, disbursement payments, and information collation.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, enthusiastic, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently or as part of a team. They should thrive in a busy environment, working quickly and accurately within tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and confidence in creating and formatting complex documents are essential. Knowledge of Case Management and Digital Dictation systems is required. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism and confidence in handling inquiries and client interactions.

Previous experience in a Commercial Property department is preferred but not essential; applications from candidates with experience in other legal areas will also be considered.
